How InspectVista evaluates your CT data

Four modules — one evaluation pipeline

Modules can be configured individually or executed as a complete chain. No manual intervention required between steps.

1. Registration

The registration module aligns CT data to the reference model (e.g. CAD). Result: every part is positioned correctly in the inspection coordinate system — independent of scan position tolerances.

2. Region of Interest (ROI)

Precisely define the component area where analysis is focused. Multiple ROIs per scan are possible — e.g. all critical weld seams on one stator.

3. Inspection Task Execution

Executes pattern recognition, surface analysis, porosity, wall-thickness and defect analysis inside the ROI — against a configured defect catalog with defined tolerances.

4. Configuration of Result Output

Automatic report generation, archiving and intervention-limit monitoring. Integrates with MES, ERP or your own quality management systems.
